Cancellation Policy

30 Days or More Before the Tour / Service Date

100% refund will be provided excluding processing fees.

15 – 29 Days Before the Tour / Service Date

75% refund will be provided.

7 – 14 Days Before the Tour / Service Date

50% refund will be provided.

Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour / Service Date

No refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Booking confirmation deposits
  • Bank transfer charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Currency conversion fees

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm all bookings.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply depending on the cancellation period mentioned above. However, unused services including missed tours, unused hotel nights, or early departures are generally non-refundable.

No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • No-shows or late arrivals
  • Voluntary withdrawal during a tour
  • Failure to obtain visas or required travel documentation
  • Disruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, or government restrictions

Where possible, alternative arrangements or travel credits may be offered.

Rescheduling & Travel Credits

Guests may request date changes or rescheduling subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 7 days before arrival
  • Date changes requested within 7 days may incur additional charges
  • Travel credits may be offered instead of refunds and are generally valid for 6–12 months

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing durations may vary depending on banks and international payment providers.
